Metal production
Thanks to a long-term experience in the field, high-quality staff and investments in the machinery we have gained a decent reputation in this field.
Our services in such a wide field are complex – we are able to provide production from the purchase of material, production itself, control, thermal and surface treatment and packing with delivery to the requested place.
Hydraulics, pneumatics and sealing elements
Thanks to our own machinery and long-term experience in the field we produce and repair hydraulic and pneumatic elements according to either our own design or presented technical documentation and also in conformity with a sample. We also cooperate with partners who provide thermal refinement, chrome plating, hardening, nitridation, coating etc. which has often been present in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Our sealing components production assortment up to Ø250mm is produced on a CNC ECONOMOS IP 3200 machine with a Sinumerik 310T system. Thanks to our own semi-products store we are able to react in very short periods of time.
Plastic production machinery
Thanks to long-term knowledge and performance in the plastic processing field for more than 30 years we provide service of plastic injection machines and extruders of all European producers straight at the customer through our service cars or after transporting partial elements in our premises. We will produce or repair spare parts and equipment for such machines for the need of our customers.

3D measuring
With a 7-axis mobile 3D measuring hand we perform either check measuring of parts up to 1500x1500mm size or possible reverse engineering which enables to transfer a part without a design into a 3D electronic form with a possibility of the following production as a copy. The spatial accuracy tolerance is +- 0.015mm.
CAD CAM
For more complex works and designing we are equipped with CAD/CAM technology –modelling and Solidworks CAD drawing software with a HSMWorks CAM plugin for up to 5-axis working.
