About us
The company was founded in 1992. The basis for the foundation was the protected industrial design of the DMT stationary mixer designed for the economic and technical improvement of the level of material mixing in injection and extrusion machines in the production of plasticizing materials. Other work in metalworking and hydraulic repairs only supplemented this production activity so that the company's production potential was fully utilized.
In 1995, the first expansion of production capacities was carried out with a CNC machine for the production of Seal-Jet rotary seals to improve the level of hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. At the same time, the production capacity was also expanded with larger machine tools.
After 1998, the production facilities were expanded with a material preparation and cutting room, a separate room for the repair of hydraulic cylinders, a repair and testing workshop for high-pressure pumps and hydraulic elements. Furthermore, a space was created for locksmithing and welding work, which are an integral part of renovations.
The increase in production in the machining sector naturally brought orders in which the use of conventional machine tools became inefficient, so a CNC milling machine and a CNC lathe were purchased in 2001. Other CNC machines arrived in 2003 and 2005.
With the help of European funds, we expanded production capabilities between 2011 and 2014 and built a separate inspection workplace. Specifically, a CNC 4-axis milling machine and a 4-axis production CNC lathe with milling capabilities were purchased. The inspection workplace was retrofitted with a digital 7-axis arm for measuring parts in 3D with dimensions of max. 1500x1500mm with spatial accuracy of +-0.015mm.
Between 2015 and 2016, development focused mainly on expanding storage, production and office space by adding a new building.
In 2018 - 2020, we focused on modernizing our older machines. The requirements for production accuracy are constantly increasing, so we invested in digital gauges and machine measurement.
Covid came and the year 2020 - 2023 was written. This period was not easy, but thanks to our great and experienced employees with team spirit, we went through this period with dignity without major scars. Equipment repairs were and are still on course again, which is one of our fields. Even in this difficult time, we were not afraid to invest and purchased a CNC grinder for parts up to 250x1000mm diameter from a Czech manufacturer and a CNC 3-axis milling center 600x800mm again from a Czech manufacturer. It is important for us to support mainly the Czech industry in decision-making and problem solving.
The years 2024 - 2025 brought slight improvements and a rebound from the bottom. We entered the new, rapidly growing 3D printing market and purchased an industrial printer, again from a Czech manufacturer, the PRUSA Pro HT90. Thanks to our experience and years of knowledge from classic parts production, we very quickly understood and mastered this new field and began printing functional prints, thus replacing some parts from classic production. We are excited and believe in the developing needs and benefits of this field. Another investment of this period was no less interesting, namely a laser station from the Czech manufacturer LINTECH, where we carry out marking, engraving or burning of metal or plastic parts. It has moved us forward a lot and we are now able to mark any of our parts with production data, QR or barcode, all according to the customer's needs.
In the future, we want to address issues of ecology and sustainability of production with a greater share of clean energy, therefore we also count on further development with a focus on improving the quality of our services, modernizing our machinery and maintaining the basic principles and principles of decent behavior, both at work and in private.
