DS filtering sieves
We produce easily dismountable filtering sieves for all injection machines and extruders which on the principle of 0.50 – 1.20 mm apertures according to a type of mould stop admixtures or undissolved material to get through the sieve.
Advantages
Low loss of pressure usually up to 10 %. Guaranteed permeability even with 50% throttling. Possibility of cleaning and repeated usage. Lowers the number of defects. Long life thanks to using fine materials and modern technology of production.
Use
- To protect the expensive parts of the process of injection - the moulds and the form or to protect the DMT mixer especially.
- To stop regenerate or not perfectly dissolved granules to the following melting.
- To improve the mixing effect in case of using the DMT mixer.
Design
- Fire-resistant steel up to 400°C; hardened to approx.48HRc with surface hardness approx. 62HRc (when cleaned by burning do not go beyond 400°C!) We deliver including assembling in the supporting parts. The sieve might always be dismounted.
