We produce a stationary DMT mixer working on the turbulent melt streaming principle which is held back during injection but in a controlled way executed in a stationary DMT mixer.
Thanks to perfect mixing and compacting of the material the whole process is stabilized; the scrap production is lowered; design defects are avoided and the mechanical properties of the moulding are improved. With the coloured materials the material is perfectly homogenized and mixed without any traces in colour tint caused by imperfect mixing. That lowers the colour consumption down by 50%. The pressure needed to exceed the mixer changes into heat ( lower plasticizing temperature) thus lowering the possibility of degeneration. Thanks to a special inner fluent labyrinth, in which the mould whirls, the DMT mixer has a self-cleaning effect. The cleaning is performed faster.
Repairability when partly damaged. compare to other ways of injection better quality, shorter economic return in connection with filtering sieve it has better influence on appearance and quality of products High durability of the unit exceeding usually more than 5 years (according to the type of the sprayed material and its additions).
