3D Printing
We provide 3D printing on a Prusa Pro HT90 industrial 3D printer from the Czech manufacturer PRUSA.
The Prusa Pro HT90 is a 3D printer featuring delta kinematics and a cylindrical build volume (Ø300 × 400 mm). It is specifically designed to achieve optimal results with advanced materials such as ABS, ASA, PCCF, and PA. A heated chamber reaching up to 90 °C, combined with an innovative cooling system, delivers unmatched layer adhesion and print quality.
With the HT90, we can print large objects without any warping, poor overhangs, or layer delamination. In addition, Input Shaper technology enables ultra-fast prototyping using materials like PLA, PETG (and others), which can be easily printed even inside an enclosed chamber. The HT90 is equipped with an interchangeable print head and a high-temperature nozzle capable of reaching up to 500 °C, allowing it to handle demanding materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, and PEI (Ultem) for small to medium-sized objects. A built-in recirculation loop continuously purifies the air inside the chamber using a HEPA filter.

- Three Loadcell sensors measure the distance between the nozzle and the print bed with exceptional accuracy. This allows the printer to automatically achieve an absolutely perfect first layer, regardless of the print surface you choose.
- The HT90 produces high-quality and dimensionally accurate prints without the typical artifacts present on CoreXY or Cartesian 3D printers. This is because the movement of the direct-drive extruder is controlled by the coordinated motion of three lightweight arms, while the printed object remains stationary on the bed. Thanks to Input Shaper technology, the HT90 achieves ultra-high speeds while maintaining top-tier print quality.
- The actively heated print chamber with a closed recirculation loop (HEPA and carbon filter) can reach up to 90 °C, providing an optimal environment for even the most demanding materials. You can easily print large ABS/ASA objects without negative side effects like warping or layer separation, utilize PLA for rapid prototyping, or create durable objects from PEEK or PEI.
- The print head is attached to the arms using magnets. Therefore, you can simply disconnect it, remove the cable from the top of the printer, and replace it with another model. The High-Flow print head with a 0.4 mm Revo nozzle is the ideal choice for rapid prototyping with materials up to 300 °C. Conversely, the High-Temp head with a durable 0.6 mm Revo nozzle reaches up to 500 °C, enabling printing with materials such as PEEK, PEKK, or PEI (Ultem). Both print heads are included with the HT90, and the hardware is compatible with all Revo nozzles ranging from 0.25 to 0.8 mm in diameter.
- The unique airflow management system is designed to instantly redirect air flow, achieving optimal print quality across all materials. A high-pressure turbine forces air through a hose into the lightweight print head, while an ultra-fast damper redirects the flow within milliseconds—faster than any conventional cooling fan. This enables significantly better overhang printing.
